Krupa is a former Googler and a lifelong bridge-builder. As a third-culture-kid (ethnically India, born in Tanzania, raised in the US), her upbringing deeply influences her values and conviction in equity and justice work. She has spent the majority of her career at the intersection of education and economic opportunity for historically marginalized groups, gaining experiences in areas such as international development, workforce development programs, and education technology. Krupa is known for being a culturally competent leader and program manager who builds meaningful, fit for purpose solutions from design to delivery.

Krupa is undeniably solar-powered and is excited to be back home in sunny San Diego after spending 15 years exploring the climates in other corners of this country and world.
