Apple and Goat Cheese Egg Rolls

- 1 (8x8) package egg roll wrappers
- 1 lb creamy goat cheese
- 2 medium gala apples diced
Pre-heat oven to 350˚.
Cut sheets of egg roll wrappers in half. Using one half-sheet at a time, place 1 Tablespoon of goat cheese and 1 Tablespoon of diced apples 1-inch from bottom of the wrapper.
To start rolling, fold flap over creating a roll. Using a little water, wet sides and fold sides in. Keep rolling tight, until finished.
Place finished egg rolls on a non-stick pan and bake rolls until golden brown.
