Avocado Pudding

- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 organic cocoa powder raw, if possible
- 2/3 cup raw agave nectar or raw honey
- 1/8 tsp sea salt (a pinch)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Halve avocados and remove pits.
Scoop flesh into a food processor or blender.
Puree with coconut oil until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
