Adult Cooking Class: Mole Making with The Kitchenistas!

We are very excited to have some of Olivewood’s very own Kitchenistas leading the next adult cooking class! Participants will learn how to make vegetarian mole, a delicious ‘mother sauce’ that is a collaboration of two Mexican region recipes from Sory & Isabelle. This class will be hands on and demonstration and participants will get to enjoy a lovely meal of mole, rice and beans at the end of class. Please note *this recipe contains TREE NUTS & PEANUTS & SESAME SEEDS and will not be altered. We apologize for any inconvenience. Extra mole will be made for purchase at the end of class.
