We are glad to announce our yearly fish class collaboration with Fishful Future! Our previous classes were so popular, we thought we would bring it back – this time with a special guest chef! Chef Lety of Brujas Cocina will teach us how to make fresh ceviche with local rockfish. Our expert chefs will fillet a whole fish and talk about seasonal, sustainable, locally caught species. We’ll talk about the best places to source fresh fish and make a few recipes inspired by garden ingredients to round out the meal.
